My husband purchased a bundle of LG appliances through Pacifica at Best Buy in early 2013, I believe his intent was to make my life easier, after his death in March 2013. In March, 2021-the compressor died on the refrigerator. After numerous calls to LG, their customer service was hideous! No resolution on their part. I guess I expected the refrigerator to last more than 8 years! The whole process was frustrating, humiliating, and we got the worst customer service I’ve ever seen! I encourage people to see LG’s history, the lawsuit against them in regard to this model of refrigerator, etc. I encourage all to see the complaints with this particular model and the feedback from customers. I encourage all to never purchase ANY LG products. We have had problems with the dishwasher as well as stove that was purchased. Even the names of service providers given to us from LG were honest to say they no longer work on LG products! This was a difficult process for us, as we can’t afford to dump or replace the refrigerator! Life is NOt good i[censored] purchase Andy products from LG!!! Was this information helpful? |
