My LG refrigerator is 4 years old only and it come up with compressor warranty of 10 years. At the sudden it stop cooling and found that compressor not working.
I reached out to LG customer care for replacement of Compressor on 3rd September and provide request number RNP[protected].
After several follow up with local customer service centre they demanded 8000 rs for replacement of compressor (which is still under warranty for next 5 years).
On the next day, I approached again LG customer care and apprise them about the situation and escalated the matter to Head and CEO with escalation number VCP[protected] on 06.09.22
Now LG customer care not providing any solution even my several followup with their provided numbers.
We are helpless and looking for solution but LG customer care and local team explain and say only that your request is working with concerned tea.m.
