[Resolved] LG Electronics — lg semi automatic washing machine

We have purchased product
Lg semi automatic washing machine
On 5 august 2018 from the dealer gajanan electronics, while having a demo of product from dealer they found product it is defective. So dealer wanted to verify with lg executive, he did a temporary fix to a machine and given a demo. But again another day we faced same issue. Now they are telling us to service again, as it is new product and from day 1 if we have to register service it is definitely product issue.in that case company should provide replacement or refund. Even if they service today and tomorrow i will have problem then who else will take ownership of that. So kindly help me to resolve the issue.

Updated by kiranpatil353 Who did call to my parents from your support team, and from where you got the no(Lg executive who visited for demo installation only have their number), anyway who ever called atleast have some sense that not to show her english knowledge to senior citizens, Very cheapest kind of support that I am getting from your support team.

Updated by kiranpatil353 After daily follow-up and contineus efforts, finally I am able to replace my washing machine . Thank you consumer complaints team and for LG anyway, thanks a lot, but you definitely need improvements in your support . It took me a months efforts .
