Hi,
Background: i complaint for the internet not connecting (Wifi) and mobile paring (Screen share) is not happening.
Next day technician came (His name is dinesh), and immediately told, i need tor remove the panel. I asked him without removal can be done anything or test, he said no, i have remove it.
He removed the panel with force in screw driver and checked some cable and connected back with force to put back the panel. He tested the wifi connect and paring it is working fine. At the time we haven't noticed the damage happened in the right side bottom corner. Night my brother observed and he told me, since i was in night shift i could called the technical that day. Next day i called him and he said, don't give complaint, today have lot of complaints i couldn't come. However i gave complaint, but the technician came the next day and immediately once noticed said, it will be rejected since we have done some damage.
Still the tv is in warranty period.
Now they are telling we have to pay for the damage. Since the technician done the damage why should we pay for which we didn't done anything.
And the team lead (I think his name is vijay) also asking how you will prove it that technician done it.
Need help to repair the tv screen damage done by the technician.
Hope i will get the response.
