I made a big mistake buying an lg product especially your highly rated mobile lg v30+.. Spending rs 41000 at kochi kerala.
The phone was bought on 9/sep/18 and defect to the screen was observed on12/ sep/18. The product and its defect shown to service center on 13/sep/18. The defect on the led panel shown to the engineer at service center mr. Spenzo.
As the defect is observed within 7 days from date of purchase they need to immediately provide replacement with a brand new nin defective product or pay back my money. This is international practice for any electronic product..
My defective lg v30+ defective phone is still with the lg service center at pathadipalam.. No response and nobody has contacted me till now..
They have retained the product since 13/sep/18 and without any response even today.. Very unprofessional. Not even picking up the calls.
The technician is mr. Spenzo mob[protected] or[protected] at lg service center pathadipalam..
Tell your servuce center not to be unprofessional as they will screw up your image..
Please initiate replacement of product tomorrow urgently..
With such service i will never recommend lg to anybody..
