I recieved the microwave oven ordered#[protected] booked in LG online store with a damaged external packing...
When we looked inside it...we found some accessories of starter kit were missing...
This is ridiculous...I didn't expect such a horrendous experience.. somebody has maimed the external packing and we couldn't find the glass rotary tray.
This tampering was immediately reported to delivery personnel...they said it could have caused during transit...anyways such annoying experience for us...
I will not reccomend your dubious products...
Now I have started to loose trust on LG.
It's been 2 days after registering complaint via phone as well as email...
One engineer from LG service centre calls me and tells me that I have to pay extra money for the rotary tray... since I had opened the box without having LG engineer. And he also told me that other accesories are not his buisness and I have to contact the dealer.. on phone via customer care they told me that a engineer from customer service will call me in one hour but no one called...
