[Resolved]  LG Electronics — my washing machine complaint pending since 2 months

We our a devoted lg costumer. But we’re very much disappointed by lg service as since 13 october we’ve complained n till date 15 december it’s nit solved n we’ve been asked to wait more n more...
We’re suffering really hard we don’t think there’s any way lg will solve our problem
We’ve complained for my 11kg washing machine but company deosnt have parts thus company have to replace our machine and against 11 kg machine they have offered 10 kg as there’s no other option we’ve accepted it but then too its not yet delivered to us till date. Even lg providers are not serious to take responsibility properly they hardly recives calls n at times they misbehaves n are rude to us...
