On May 15, 2022, I bought an LG nano cell TV from Reliance Digital in the Forum Fiza Mall in Mangalore. Just over 2.5 months later, the display quit working. I have called LG and Reliance Digital consumer services a number of times and also registered for repair services on the LG Customer Care website. After numerous requests, a technician arrived and informed us that the TV's display needed to be replaced and would take another month to deliver before it could be fixed. Given that the TV is covered by warranty, this is utterly unacceptable. It seems ridiculous that I have to wait about 1.5 months to have it repaired after 2.5 months o[censored]se.
I'm enclosing the purchase invoice and service request screenshots.
Please look into this matter as quickly as feasible.
