New AC is installed on 7th May' 2022, it was purchased from Nirman electronics Surat . It wasn't cooling below 28 degree while checked during installation.
For newt 3 days, lots of engineers visited and checked leakage, filled refrigerant, checked again for temp vs current vs gas pressure analysis. AC is not cooling below 25 degree after all the efforts. I am not getting clear response from the LG team and every time they suggest different approach saying it's a last try. it's a waste of time, money and mental harrasment to us. After all the trials has completed after which they were agreed for replacement, the service head again suggested to remove the refrigerant in open air and refilling (2nd time). As my 70 yrs old mother is cardiac and asthama patient, i wanted assurance that it should not be harmful to her health and my neighbours too. They denied to give such assurance and denied for ac replacement or payment back. There is no guarantee that after filling the gas again, AC will work properly.
I feel like cheated. I don't trust this faulty AC anymore, if it will work for few years if they repair it now by any means.
