[Resolved] LG Electronics — no demo service from lg | |||
I have purchased lg 28 LTE convection microwave from dream electronic dehradun on 14 oct 18 . I got a call from [protected] that he will be coming in next one hour for demo sevice. But after one hour got call again from same person saying he will be coming tomorrow morning but till now no correspondence from lg and got one sms from lg which is shown below. Your Service Request RNP[protected] is closed.( Reason : Customer Appointment over 5 days ) & charge collected Rs 0/-, for further assistance call LG on[protected] Now please tell me on what basis my service request been closed. I tried calling dream electronic many times but no positive response, only stating that they will come within 24 hours.
