This refer to our complain number please note that despite of regular follow up and commitments from your representatives, no possitive result com out till date to restore the a/c mechince which has been covered under amc. Please also notes that our ac mechince was in working condition call bookes only for cooling problem. Your services engineer visit on 18th april 2017 and while doing the work he some how damage the connector of pcb unit and unable to restart the machince. Thereafter he left our place with an assurance that he will come with a new connector next day, but failed.
