[Resolved] LG Electronics — non supporting staff and delay in service | |||
Lg washing machine 2017 was purchased. Now that machine does not work suddenly, whose complaint i filed on july 29 in the lg toll free number. They sent the technician and they told that the display button does not work under warranty. I bring the display and replace it. 14 days left no part changed and there was no response from the technician and his team. Very bad experience. The technician and his supervisor did not respond to me and delayed my washing machine work. It has been 14 days since my machine is down lg second time worst experience.
