[Resolved] LG Electronics — non supporting staff and delay in service

Lg washing machine 2017 was purchased. Now that machine does not work suddenly, whose complaint i filed on july 29 in the lg toll free number.
They sent the technician and they told that the display button does not work under warranty. I bring the display and replace it. 14 days left no part changed and there was no response from the technician and his team.
Very bad experience. The technician and his supervisor did not respond to me and delayed my washing machine work. It has been 14 days since my machine is down

lg second time worst experience.

Afte 23 days LG company providing my under warranty washing machine part...machin is working now... LG service wrost experience !!!

Updated by N B Pawar 22 days have passed so far LG company has not provided the under warranty display part of my washing machine, the machine is closed.Very very disappointed 😣 LG is phool company !!!
