[Resolved] LG Electronics — not cooling and also door cooling

I purchased a refrigerator from aditya vision bihar sharif NALANDA dated on 26th may 2018. I complained many times customer care.becase my freeze is not giving cooling and gate cooling is not working. They are harassing me mentally and physically agonising. I do not take defective.replacement is needed.
Please take legal action that company
