I have purchased l g tv 123 cms on 7th oct 2017 from shubham consumer durable pvt ltd, mysore. Model no 49uj652t-tb and the serial no is 705plqn094172. I was assured a sound bar from the shop. Till now they have not given the sound bar. I have telephoned many times and the reply was no stock initially and now they are saying that offer was not there for this model. I am really irritated by this kind of service after purchase. I registered complaint with customer care phone number also. No reply from them also. Kindly look into this and mail me soon.
