Subject:- Regarding our refrigerator

Dear Sir,
We had bought a LG refrigerator 5 months back. This application is addressing the following issues.

(1) The bill is attached herewith.
(2) The piece is bought from Croma, Rajkot.
(3) The compressor is faulty.
(4) We had filed a complaint since 5 days but still not got any satisfactory answer from Croma or LG.
(5) We want
(A) Stand-by refrigerator by today only.
(B) A complete new piece in place of this refrigerator. We want piece-to-piece replacement.
(6) We want Croma to be on our part as we had bought this from Croma
(7) LG is such a big brand and it is not expected to have fault in compressor within five months.
(8) We have suffered a lot in these six days (the proofs are also attached)

We expect from LG that both these demands from our side will be satisfied in the shortest possible time otherwise we will definitely go to “Consumer’s Forum” (Grahak Suraksha) against LG.
