[Resolved] LG Electronics — Poor and arrogant response from AGM Chennai | |||
Hi, I bought my LG 32 inch TV during Diwali -2016, and started to see a dead pixel in corner. I raised a complaint a week after - RNA[protected]. Its been 2 months since then, i tried to contact multiple people at LG and experience is very bitter. Recently, one more complaint have been raised on same issue - RNP[protected] and service guy screwed up existing sound control in my TV. Now, i have to use 100% volume in TV to experience my normal usage. With concerned feelings, I called AGM chennai to get update on above mentioned issue, and hs response were very harsh. He claimed that single dot in TV is not an issue, and when i asked for his higher authority details, he abruptly cut the call. This kind of behavior towards customer is really dissatisfactory. If its a single dot (Dead pixel) or multiple dot. doesn't matter- issue is an issue. The way LG took care of my complaint is very pathetic and made me take a vow not to buy any LG products in future. AGM contact no: [protected]. I really want to take action on AGM for his arrogant behavior towards customer. Its been 2 months, i am patiently waiting for a proper resolution.
