This is to bring to your notice that I have been following up with customer care from last 10 days on my refrigerator repair request and I am not getting any resolution. My double door refrigerator is not working and one of the parts needs to be replaced however, the part is not available!
I can't understand how can a company as large as LG doesn't have machine parts available . It's been 10 days and my refrigerator is not working. I don't think I have to emphasize on the importance of refrigerator and how difficult it is to survive even for a single day. Please let me know as a consumer why I should be buying Lg products in future?
This is really unprofessional on your part and as a customer I am very disappointed and needless to say that I am not going to buy any of the Lg products for sure. Was this information helpful? |
