[Resolved] LG Electronics — problem for intake of water in washing machine | |||
Dear sir/ madam, after calling customer care, engineer attended the call. Replace the part with cost rs.3250/-. But still the machine was not working properly. Again engineer came next day & replace censor with cost rs.1500/- & provide powder for cleaning washing machine with cost of rs.500/-. Now total expense occurred is rs.5200/-. After incurring huge amount, instead of better functioning, most function of the machine are not Working properly. Engineer is not picking the phone. After that i had called to customer care for this issue. But still we have not yet received any update from customer care. We want to return back all our money as nothing have been done by appointed engineer. 1st day bill is attached for reference. Was this information helpful? | |||
