[Resolved] LG Electronics — product not as per standard, very poor performance.

Hi,
I have recently purchased lg top load 10kg washing machine after so much assurance from sales representative, but i am very much depressed and upset when i saw the performance. Two lg representative came and accepted that this machine is not able to clean the cloths. I have purchased knowing that lg is a good brand name and ensures better experience but i was wrong.
Kindly suggest the way forward.
