[Resolved] LG Electronics — product not replaced till now

I buy a monitor from of lg but had a problem in it thus i report the service center about it, i also said that as it has a problem please replaced it for me, now after more than 15 days i still didn't get my monitor replaced and when i asked service center they answer saying it is in process. So either they are fooling me or what i don't know thus i am putting complain for the same please do something for same

product not replaced but they repaired the same product for me.
