I have bought LG double door refrigerator in 2019, which had a warranty for compressor for 10 years. On 14th June 2022, the fridge stopped working. I raised a complaint to LG customer care on 15th June 2022. A technician from LG came the next day and said the fridge requires repairs. Since then no one from LG has come to repair the fridge. I have called them multiple times and each time was falsely promised that my issue will be resolved on priority but its already been 10 days and my issue has still not been addressed. In this extreme hot wether lot of our stuff has gone waste and we are facing difficulties everyday.
I have had the worts experience with LG and would never purchase their products again. Complaint no with LG- RNP[protected]
