i have purchased a side by side refrigerator. Description as follows:

description: lg ref - 679l linen brown
chassis no : 809trvm11263.

wide invoice no 5445 - doe dt 15th nov 2018 from m/s, arcee electronics.
cost: rs.99, 000/-

they deliver the same on 16th nov, day one onwards we have a problem of door. Initially doors was up and down. After rectification by your engineer it become front and rear. We have visited the show room and lodged complaints, no proper answer.
i am requesting to replace with new. Requesting you please look into this.
