We go for higher end products in a reputed Brands, so that it will give a good life and good service, but your products are causing too many problems within a period of 3.5yrs itself and the service persons are keen in getting service charges but not prompt in providing a good service .After sale service is seem to be a mere business not a good service and how the customer will recommend your LG products.
