[Resolved] LG Electronics — Refund for defective product
I have been trying to receive refund for a defective dishwasher for over three months. They have no one in my area to service it and said that they don’t have a replacement. They said they would issue a refund all I had to do was fill out the refund paperwork and email it back. So I have been waiting all this time to receive the paperwork. I have called back several times and have been told I will email that department again and you should get it in 24 to 48 hours. Nobody has helped me yet. I’m not a rich woman who can just go out and purchase another dishwasher and it’s a serious unconvinced in our home due to the amount of people we have to wash for. This company has no care for its customers . Please let me know what steps are going to be made to assist me with This issue I’m so tired of the unanswered promises.

There are several complaints on my account because we have had to call on so many times and nothing has happened. Hopefully this company has some business and customer service sense and addresses the issue before we have to call Navy legal.
