LG Electronics — Replacement of Compressor of Air Condition

Dear sir, my office air condition has been spoiled and need to replaced which is under warranty, bearing serial no. 206NANZ003407 bought on 20th Sept 2012 from M/s. S.P. Enterprises. However, your service centre technician never turn up till date, date after date they are delaying, in a such a hit office is not able to run. Can you please look into the matter. Thank you.
