I logged a complaint in LG for my air conditioner on March 29 th 2021.Complaint was regarding the poor performance of the AC. My Air conditioner is covered under AMC. Service engineer visited after a week and cleaned the AC. After cleaning also the performance was not good, service engineer suggested to check the outdoor unit motor and transferred the call to different department. In next 2 days other service engineer visited to inspect the AC, he reported cleaning was not done properly, but after seeing the earlier report given by the cleaning team, he checked the AC GAS and informed the unit is suspected to have leakage and transferred to other department. Again in next 2 days, 3 service engineer team visited and inspected the unit and observed there is no leakage, suggest to clean the AC and found gel formation in the indoor unit.
I am really frustrated because daily I am calling customer care and no proper response or solution given for my problem.I am writing this today April 23 rd 2021 still my problem is solved and the ticket number is in pending state
Please help guide what should I do now
