Dear Sir, My Name Rahul kumar form sonipat vill. Dahisara i purchaes a Air conditioner last year 6-6-2016. last week i callled at customer care regarding my AC service. after 2 day i got a call from techniqual support for MY AC serivice. i give proper address to executive . after a day later 2 boys come for servicing my AC. now, they didn, t work propely, and behaviour was also Rude. thery only clen AC from upper side, dont clear blower of my Ac and dont clean Ac colling pipe and didn, t any other servicing work i believed that customer service of LG electronics is so good, but after this incident i will not purchase any other item of LG company now i want to get my Ac servicing again please check my complan and take proper Action Rahul Chauhan [protected] sonipat haryana 131028 Was this information helpful? | |||
