[Resolved] LG Electronics — split ac pending request

Despite of repeated complaints and reminders to the personnel and also in the customer care, i have not yet received the service of the outer unit which was supposed to be free and is due since past many months. Outlandish after sales service being provided by LG. The request was raised on Jan 12, 2020 and is still pending to be resolved. Please see the image attached for complete complaint.
