I really unhappy with the lukewarm response for support and after sales service. I bought 2 invertor ACs on 29th Aug 2020.
Last month March 1st Week booked the preventive maintenance call. After so many remainder, your support engineer Suresh,
[protected] came and attended. Serviced on AC and found out 2nd AC's outlet tube having damage.
He told that he will order the parts and will come back in three days. Till now he is not responding.
So I booked the another call on 4th April. Again another Engineer called Sivakumar,[protected] and he told that he will come and see the
AC. So far he is not coming. So AC is ideal for last 40 days because if switch on the AC, getting water leakage. Pl. let me what I will do next. Is it the support the LG giving to the Customer. Is it the Punishment for me to choose the LG Brand. Even Product in warranty and I am getting these kind of Support. If product 1yr warranty period over, what I will do. Because You given 10yrs compressor and 5 yrs GAS warranty. Please let me know what you will do in my position.
