[Resolved] LG Electronics — t7281 nddl : defective washing machine delivered

Sir,
i purchased lg t7281 nddl top load fully automatic washing machine from welcome enterprises, jagatpura, jaipur on 14 february 2018. They have delivered defective washing machine. Your representative came here for demo on 15 february 2018 but he did not inform me about dent. Next day, prior use of washing machine, i checked surrounding then i find a dent in back side (left). Immediately i have informed to dealer on 16 february 2018 but he did not response me. I also send a feed back to lg through a link but lg also did not response me.
Kindly replace my defective washing machine.
I am attaching a photograph of washing machine .
I am waiting your kind response.
