[Resolved] LG Electronics — television not working

On feb 23, 2018; i have raised a complain for my tevevision bearing rnp[protected]. Inspite of regular followup for appx 15 days, there is no solution and still the tv is not working. Everyday lg representative just postpone it to the other day stating that the parts is not available with us. I would like to know whose responsibility it is to arrange the parts for lg television.. Customer or lg company? Is this the way lg provides after sales service to its client. Is this the way you harass a senior citizen??

The parts has been replaced by LG Executive after 15-20 days or regular followup. Thanku :)
