[Resolved] LG Electronics — TV complaint
I have raised a complain for my TV on 2nd Jan with companyRNP[protected] is given to SKY SERVICES. Technician visited and told us that he will have to order parts. I also told him about remote problem so he said as u are using AmC we cannot put all the complaint at once so you out a complain for remove after 45 days, which I disagreed.
Later after few days I recieved a call saying product which we ordered are not available with LG company. Company has decided to give you 35% discount on new product and as you hold AMC this will be 50-55%. You can visit any near by store and provide us the model details and pay differential amount.
If company is not able to provide required parts or can't repair the product where I'm holding an AMC then they should trace the tv for free. I should not be asked to pay for exchanged or new product.
Pls help me here as its really difficult to deal with different ppl at service center..
