I had requested for my TV repair on 10 Aug, service personal from LG (Aircon Services Dhanbad) visited and suggested circuit needs to be replaced. Charged 413 as initial service charge and remaining was to be paid once the TV is repaired, and he said it would be done in next 5 days, i followed up post 5 days. i was informed it would take another 5 days. Now it's day 12, i escalated the matter to LG customer care but they were ignorant and didn't help, today post discussion with LG customer care and the service center they said it could take another 10 days and i can choose to cancel my request but there would be no refunds.
I am harassed here talking with them requesting for fix ( post promising 5 days they are just delaying ) or refunds but am denied both Was this information helpful? |
