[Resolved] LG Electronics — Warranty issue and poor product quality | |||
Hello sir, I am Chandru user of LG nexus 5X which was bought on online Amazon.in. On normal usage my mobile got boot loop on 07.02.2016 suddenly then I contacted local LG service center, they told me that it's a motherboard issue and when I claimed for warranty, I came to know that it got expired on just 9th of January. Surprised to know when they asked me to pay Rs. 13, 000 in Service center at Vadapalani, Chennai. I am on Loyal customer to LG since all my goods are LG products hereby I request you to claim my service under warranty. Was this information helpful? | |||
