Hi I am facing too many issue with lg support/service team My request no is: rnp[protected]Washing machine) Issue1: The technical person who visited could not identify the problem on 1st visit which is delaying the resolution of the problem. I need someone more technical who will thoroughly check the machine Issue 2 There is an issue with the motor, the winding are cut and the person who visited us is blaming the customer that we have given to local person hence it happened which is totally wrong. Issue 3 Service center manager is having behavioral issues he doesn’t listen to the customer and he is talking in a high pitch voice. He need to be educated on this and he should listen to the customer first Issue4 As the part is under warranty i need the warranty to given however service manager denied directly just blaming that it is customer issue which is not acceptable. Issue5 The customer[protected] or[protected] will always be clogged with network, i have tried calling multiple time across multiple days however always it says network is clogged.
