My LG direct drive washing machine got drum noise problem and called for LG customer care and they assigned this case to "Charm Engineers" Chennai. Service engineer told me to replace the entire drum set that has costed me Rs.7100/- and I have paid in full to service supervisors Gpay account. The machine delivered to my home after service and the it was ran without any clothes load. So, it was running without any issue. But, after adding clothes load and ran again, it was producing so much noise. I called the service centre again reported this problem and the service engineer inspected the issue at my home and said the shock absorber in the machine is reason for noise issue and it needs replacement and that will again cost me another Rs.1000/-. I told him that this issue was not there before you took the machine to service centre and now you are asking me to replace the shock absorber which I'm not responsible to take the expense. But, there is no support from service engineer, service supervisor. I have also tried to reach out service head, but no one can't be reachable or not picking up the call. This is an unacceptable behaviour and I never expect from LG company.
I would always prefer LG company and own couple of LG products. But, now I'm very serious not to buy anything from LG hereafter and also not recommend LG to relatives, friends and collegues circle for this kind pathetic after sales support experience.
