I purchased water purifier warranty with AMC number 15578452 on 03rd August 2022, the service person told me they will come in few days to replace the water filters. it has been 20+ days now and i have used WhatsApp to communicate customer care for this, i have used WhatsApp 2-3 times and no one has come to replace the filter. it is ridiculous that i have to ask so many times for a service that i have paid 6 thousand rupees. what is wrong with LG? should i send this feedback in consumer forum and raise a official complaint ?
Or reimburse my warranty money and i will buy purifier from other company.
