[Resolved] LG Electronics — water purifier stopped working

Bought water purifier ww172ep on july 2019 and stopped working on feb 2020. Raised multiple complaint and they visited more than 6 times.. But problem sti same. Now thay stopped accepting call and not giving any response. When calling customer support, they are speechless.
I have even bought i year extended service when i purchased the product.
If they can't repair, they can provide my money back
