Dear Sir/Madam
I feel very bad sending this email to you about poor quality of LG service, being a LG appliances fan.
We bought a fridge LG REF GL379PEX5-360 LTR FF. in Feb 2014.
And we were facing constant noise problem from the fridge. after repeated followup with your call center and customer service after numerous phones. for last 6-7 months,
Finally they decided to replace the fridge reason being '' UNABLE TO REPAIR_DIFFICULT TO REPAIR'' ( YOUR DC ATTACHED HEREWITH)
As mentioned on your Delivary challan and fridge which we received today.
So we were quite glad initially on getting replacement, but we were cheated again!!!
our initial fridge: LG REF GL379PEX5-360 LTR FF
replacement fridge: GL D372RP HM Which is smaller only 335 LTR capacity.
This smaller capacity fridge without our concent.
We got better service from the Seller of the fridge but none from LG.
We feel totally cheated by LG this time.
Kindly look into this matter seriously and urgently. We do trust LG as a brand but sadly not from last 7 months.
