LG India — washing machine | |||
Worst custmer service. I own an lg washing machine. Raised a complain regarding its not working fine 2+ months back. The service engineer visited and told that pc unit to be replaced. After that i am just following up for new part and getting just wrong commitments. Service engineer mr shahrukh ([protected]) and his manager mr kashid ([protected]) are just giving wrong dates for installing the part but no action yet. Will not buy any lg product ever!!!
