LG / Refrigerator GL-305VV5 — Automatically closed my complaint

Dear Sir, I have LG Refrigerator and my RNA No is RNA[protected] which generate on 09/05/2014 and after so many try my problem half done on 20/05/2014 that is my service center told me that they change my refrigerator compressor but after 2 to 3 days my rerigerator not cooling properly and same problem arise so i 2 to 3 time compain to my service center and they told me that we have come and check it agian but no one come to check so i have to recomplain about this matter on 07/06/2014 and my new RNA No is RNA[protected]. And now on 11/06/2014 i received sms that show me that my compalin automatically completed without anyone come to my home from LG Company and without solve my problem. How could be this is possible that without my signature or any solution provided to me how could a multinational company like LG close my complain. This is like "ULLU BANAVING" feeling to me. So kindly solve my problem with contacting to me and not automatically closing problem and Please Reply me on[protected]Amrutlal Chauhan)
