Liberty Shoes — compliant with regard to shoes

Regular customer of liberty products but on[protected] i have purchased shoes from a retailer opposite district lines karanagar srinagar vide retail invoice no. Gstin 01aaacl3146k1zv @2200/= article no. Fl-1452. Unfortunatly after some days i have found some stictching cuts on the upper side of the shoes which gives a bad look in it and is hence defective and also the sole of the shoes have also been rubbing away. Although the same has been brought into the notice of the retailer but he showed very coldness with regard to considering the geniune complaint.
