[Resolved] Liberty Shoes — Footwear sole cracked within 15 days | |||
Article no. GI-BZL-05, was purchased on 30/03/2021, from LIBERTY SHOES LTD. Shop No-166, First Floor, Great India Place.Noida Unitech Mall 201301 NOIDA having GSTIN. 09AAACL3146K1ZF. Within 15 days of its purchase the sole of the product was cracked at 2 points as shown in the picture. On 10/04/2021 the above mentioned store was approached regarding the same but they are not replacing it. 2200/- was pais via the receipt number[protected]. This is complete loot. What to do?? to them and insisted for the exchange. Ultimately, they agreed and exchanged the broken footwear with another set of footwear of our chioce. Liberty Shoes customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
