LIBERTY SHOES you are worst company. YOU FOOL CUSTOMERS, My money has been wasted many times by trusting on LIBERTY BRAND. No more same quality as 10 years ago.I always bought Liberty Brand for my family and now I hate your Brand. I think YOU sell CHEAP CHINA made shoes on HIGH PRICES . YOU 100% USE cheap raw material for sure thats why shoes are breaking in 1-2 uses only. Will NOT BUY AGAIN Very RUDE Store staff, Also no customer service number works...no body answers in customer service number and no proper way of talking by your staff. Very rude Store Staff, Very Rude behaviour as if I have done mistake by entering the store and purchased shoes for my husband and kids and for me which all got broke in 10 days time only. You people charge so much price and give such cheap defective D Grade Shoes to customers and fool them and misbehave when asked for refund. Shame on you LIBERTY SHOES . God is seeing how you are looting people in name of shoes and how our hard earned middle class money is wasted by falling in your trap. You do so many ads on tv in newspapers, one day I am sure you will have no customer like all innocent customers who buy and get fooled. this company will go for losses don't worry..when our hard earned money is stolen by you, your FRAUD COMPANY will not even be able to earn money. No body likes to be insulted and I ask the government to take action against this Fraud Lootera Company who is out in the market with fancy lit stores to steal peoples money by promising a good quality shoe which is not in truth. I have been tricked, fooled and also had a lot of misbehaviour from Liberty store staff.
Arrre bhai the best part, now when their LIBERTY brand shoes are not selling, they have now launched new brand HEALERS by Liberty Shoes. But just a new name but same defective shoes and faulty shoes.

Adesh Gupta owner of Liberty Shoes is making his belly grow larger by stealing our money and chipkaoing defective D grade shoes to us and not even replacing them in guarantee period.

With me and my near family and friends this same problem you mentioned has happened now manier times. So now we have decided not to buy again Liberty Shoes.
This company should be banned by Footwear Council of India and Sebi so that they don't openly loot customers and their business should be closed so that no more people fall into their new schemes of buying new brand shoes which actually are D Grade defective shoes.
For selling fake fraud shoes the owner Adesh Gupta should be jailed! Only then I feel it will justice to customers like you and me!

I got a Liberty shoe in gift about 3 months back. But the shoes sole is breaking into small pieces.
