Liberty Shoes — shoe tear off within 15 days of purchase

Brought shoe of liberty which teared off within 15 days only, i was brought under discount offer of 20% on hence company and its dealer said there is no warranty or guarantee of the discounted items. I have paid rs. 800/- and its lost.

Such a pathetic answer were received from its customer care that send the shoe to us we will then decide what to do. Even they ask to me to bear courier charges. "kuch pane ke liye kuch karna padega"

Such a pathetic response.
