I have purchased on date 11.08.2016 so many articles by one sales invoice no 2617/ 11.08.2016 from a liberty shoes ltd. Authorized outlets at gwalior, chetakpuri showroom[protected], invoice enclosed here by), after purchase a pair of coolers brown 9 no size sleeper[protected]/ct-001), during use of same after two months, the sole of right side pair was broken automatically, itself reflect the poor quality of the said product (Photo enclosed), when i contact to the store manager (Mr. Shailendra jadon) for the same he wants from me the invoice/ bill, but unfortunately i could not produce the same due to misplace the bill by the date, now i find the same and again requested for same he refused out right rudely, which goes against your company business. I am your regular costumer, in spite of that recently i had purchased goods of more than rs. 3000/- from the same store. The complaint article merely stands for rs. 399/- only. The said amount does not matter for me but it shows the very low manufacturing quality of the product and not satisfy the customer by service. Thus you are requested to replace the article and maintained the goodwill of the company, if the matter is not solved by your side, then i shall go to the honorable consumer court to seek the justice. I shall wait your reply.
