[Resolved] Liberty Videocon General Insurance — claim refund amount not been provided | |||
On 4th of may i cancelled my kannur to goa flight on ixigo which was covered under full refund policy. Upon cancellation i contacted liberty general insurance to proceed the matter. I was told i will be getting a call/mail within 24-48 hours. Its over two weeks now, and after every 48hrs when i call i am being told the same thing, you will receive a call/mail soon from the concerned department. What is the point of going for free cancellation if the customer has to go through so much hassle. I have called them six times in two weeks and omly received vague excuses thatthe concerned might have missed to mail, they might have not received it yet etc. Date of cancellation - 4th may, 2019 Policy number[protected]-[protected] I need the refund asap.
