Hello i had taken insurance while booking my flight from ixigo.com that provide me ease to cancel the flight before 24hrs. I cancel the flight within time frame and register the claim and I send all the document on requested mail id. However they are not refunding my money and now they are not answering my calls after keeps me waiting for 30min. they cut the call Was this information helpful? | |||
