Lic — amount deducted from bank but not accessed by the merchant

I had paid application form fee of LIC worth Rs 601.80 through UPI mode and the payment had been successful from my end.
But once I relogin to the page to check the confirmation of payment the portal had denied the payment and reflected the message "we had not received the payment and if your amount has been debited from your account then it will be reflected back".
But still I can't receive my debited amount yet. So please look into the matter and do the needful solution.
