This is to share my bad experience with LIC. The concern is that I have paid an amount of Rs.23085/- on 28th Apr’18 for New Jeevan Anand Policy to Mr. Jagjeet Singh([protected]) from Delhi branch112. I submitted all required documents along with the cash amount through PAYTM(dated 28th Apr’18) to Mr. Jagjeet Singh. I started asking for policy bond paper, which was never delivered to me. Although Mr. Jagjeet singh shared the contact no of Ms. Sakshi([protected]) for further followup. I had done enough followups from the LIC customer care department & Mr. Jagjeet Singh. Nobody is bothered to give any information, also several time my call are ignored & unanswered. Still i don't know anything about my LIC policy or My amount, As I am not getting any solution on this, I have come to the conclusion that I would not like to continue with LIC anymore.
